chronOS Inject is a synthetic calcium phosphate bone substitute. The material is injectable, osteoconductive, and resorbable. Irregular bone defects can be completely filled with chronOS Inject using a minimally invasive technique. chronOS Inject hardens at body temperature within a humid environment without an exothermal reaction.

Indications

chronOS Inject is mainly indicated for non-osteoporotic patients for a fast remodeling and cyst treatments.

• Treatment of metaphyseal bone defects in long bones, e.g. in the radius, tibia, calcaneus, femur, humerus etc.
• Filling of bone or resection defects after osteotomy or bone harvesting
• Filling of bone voids after the removal of benign cysts and tumours and filling of post-traumatic bone defects
