Synthes confirms administrative procedure by the German cartel office
Solothurn/Switzerland, September 12, 2005Synthes confirms an administrative procedure by the German Cartel Office to investigate the collaboration between Synthes, Inc. and the AO-Foundation. To date no anti-trust sanctions have been threatened or announced against Synthes.
It is Synthes’ policy not to inform about ongoing court investigations or administrative procedures prior to their termination. Therefore Synthes will only inform on this current procedure should any sanctions be threatened or announced against the company.
