Screws are locked with threaded locking caps with strong dual closure mechanism allowing parallel and lordotic manipulation.

Indications
The Click‘X System (all screw types) is indicated for the use in the posterior lumbar spine to treat:
- Degenerative instabilities
- Fractures with sufficient anterior support
- Dislocations
- Spinal tumors (without anterior defects)
- Failed previous fusion (pseudoarthrosis)
In addition with Click’X Preassembled pedicle screw:
- Spondylolisthesis reduction grade I-IV
