Loan Sets
Synthes New Zealand has made a significant investment in long term loan sets (consigned sets) for our Hospitals. These sets are fully equipped with instruments and implants so they can be used in acute cases. This initiative is driven by our commitment to patient care and our aim to ensure that patients throughout the large geographic region that we support, have immediate access to the implants and instruments required for their surgery.
Synthes has also invested in new sets for Spine and CMF technologies, most of which are available as loan sets.
Orders
Orders received by Synthes no later than 16h30 will be delivered via overnight courier service.
For urgent/same day orders, any freight charges will be passed on to the customer at cost.

After Hours
Synthes New Zealand offers an after-hours emergency service 365 days a year, to ensure that customers have access to loan sets and inventory. Please call 09 4770893 to access this service (available after office hours of 08h30 to 17h00)
