Your start

Development

Once you have settled in, we will start to acquaint you with the field that you have chosen for yourself. After that, you will have a chance to work continuously on improving and expanding your professional and personal competencies. The opportunities for development within your business unit could be as follows: You start as a Junior Product Manager and progress to the position of Product Manager. After a few years of successful work in this position, you could be offered the chance to lead a team of your own as Product Unit Manager. These steps naturally mean acquiring international experience.

Continuing education

At Synthes, professional and personal progress is based on the principle of continuous learning, with on-the-job training as the most frequent learning method. Your profile

To be recruited by Synthes, you must have a degree from a university or university of applied sciences in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Materials Science, Industrial and Production Engineering, Biology or Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences.
