Since 1995 we have been redefining our role in an increasingly competitive market, in which traditional businesses have been replaced by large multinationals.

In order to meet these new challenges, we have remodelled our 1,000 m² head office which has all the necessary facilities such as a work room containing all the technical elements, including a video library, instruments, library, workshops, multimedia equipment, etc.; meeting room, reception area offering personal attention; specialist warehouse with integrated logistics system for instruments on loan at national level; technical department with a wide range of the latest generation of specialist instruments and loan equipment, etc.

We currently have a workforce of around 60, some 15% of whom are university-educated professionals. Our sales department, headed by product managers, applies the latest generation of management models geared towards launching cutting-edge products such as bone replacement materials, bio-implants and latest generation of anatomical plates (LCP) which position us in the market as innovators, with a pro-active attitude towards customers, providing them with the latest technology from the European and US markets.

Training continues to be one of the main pillars of our management system. Following the guidelines of the AOI, we provide refresher courses and seminars year after year for the systematic teaching of surgical techniques and procedures. To this end we have recently encouraged the creation of scientific working groups to discuss and incorporate new technologies into advanced national medical centres. These groups are trained at local and/or international level and apply these new technologies in accordance with international standardized protocols. We have also encouraged our customers to take part in national and international multicentre clinical trials, thereby placing our country at the forefront of global technology.
