Synthes Argentina S.A. was established in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in September 1998 and commenced its business activities in February 1999 under the name Stratec Medical Argentina S.A., with a total staff of 11: 4 in sales, 2 in administration and finance, 2 in customer service and 3 in logistics.

In January 2002 the company changed its name to the present one: Synthes Argentina S.A. Today we employ 31 people.

We sell mostly to the Obras Sociales (social insurance health organisations), occasionally to private individuals and sometimes to Social Security.

The high quality of our instruments and implants facilitates our aim to reach that goal. Our basic strategy is to offer an excellent service.
