Continued growth in all segments driven by expanded sales force and increased training activities

The Trauma and CMF division growth in Q1 2005 continued to out-pace the market.  The spine division grew at a slower pace than historical growth rates due to the timing of new product introductions. New product introductions are anticipated to drive an acceleration of spine sales growth in the second half of 2005.
