Cancellous and cortical/cancellous allografts have good osteoconductive properties and are well suited to fill bone structure defects. Due to their natural origin and optimal porosity, they are readily remodeled by the human body and are replaced by new host bone.

Allograft tissue eliminates the need for autogenous grafting and consequently the pain and morbidity associated with this procedure. Whether filling bone defects or performing spinal fusions, using allograft tissue can enhance the patient’s quality of life.
