Since 1971 Synthes S.M.P. S.A. de C.V. has been based in Mexico City, its purpose being to serve the needs of orthopaedic surgeons by supplying top quality instruments and implants for the treatment of fractures.

Currently, it has representatives based in some of the main cities throughout the country: Monterrey, Guadalajara, Puebla, Mérida, Querétaro, León, Morelia and Villahermosa.

In 1984 a production plant was established in Cuautitlan State of Mexico where osteosynthesis products are manufactured according to the same standards as those of its parent company in Switzerland. A repair centre for pneumatic equipment is located at the plant.

Our technical sales staff is trained to offer advice in any of our divisions: Trauma, Spine, Cranio-maxillofacial and Biomaterials.
